Beef Barley Soup

One package Family Size Vegetable Soup

One pound/ ½ Kgm Stewing beef cut in bite size pieces or Ground Beef

4 strips bacon cut in pieces

One onion cut in bite size pieces

 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

¾ cup Barley

28oz can of Stewed Tomatoes

8 cups water

Directions:

 Brown beef and bacon and onion in large soup pot or dutch oven

Add the rest of ingredients

Bring to a boil and simmer for at least ½ hour but preferably for 1-2 hours.

Yield: 10, 1 ½ cup servings
